Parlorista at barbero Kami Foundation Inc.

About Us

Parlorista at Barbero Kami Foundation (PAK) was founded by Joby Linsangan Moreno on April 8, 2020. The mission of the foundation is simple: To Spread Love, One Haircut at a Time. Joby owns and manages Orange Blush Salons that she built in October 2003. The foundation is a social business enterprise (SBE), that has specific social objectives that serve our primary purpose. We seek to maximize profits, as our projects are funded by our Orange Blush Salons and our training center, Orange Institute of Fashion and the Arts (OIFA), while maximizing the benefits to society and environment. The profits are principally used to fund social programs (photos attached) spearheaded by the foundation. Since then, Joby has opened branches nationwide and have been building and supporting families of those who work for the company. Orange Blush Salons since then have also contributed and joined various CSR activities nationwide. In January 2020, with the objectives to support these families and to promote Hairdressing as a serious profession and educational program, Joby began to gather information and started to work on the vision and mission of the foundation. In the long run, Joby wishes to put up “Free Haircutting Centers” that offer free haircut services to the indigent and less fortunate, where we can also hold Hairdressing/Cosmetology programs, and to build holistic PAK communities that look after the welfare of PAK Members. She was awarded as Natatanging Anak Kabanatuan (GAWAD A.N.A.K) in 2018 by the City Government of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija for her contribution in Entrepreneurship- for Orange Blush Salons and The Podium Special Events Center.
